MS Dhoni had previously faced criticism from former skipper Sourav Ganguly and Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar for playing a slow innings at the end of the game against England. However, Dhoni received the backing of the Indian skipper Virat Kohli who said that Dhoni's experience was large enough for the former skipper to go about his game.
