Team India has sealed their path into the final, courtesy of the team's ability to showcase a gritty performance against the opposition. Despite a couple of talent's inability to hit big, the team has been able to power through all the opposition they have faced. Team India will face the Proteas in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup final after trouncing England in the second semifinal match. As India punches their ticket into the super-important summit clash, an entire meme fest erupts after the Rohit Sharma-led Men in Blue avenge the previous edition's semifinal loss.

Social media erupts with memes as Team India prevail over the England challenge in T20 World Cup semifinal
England looked to be in all sorts of trouble as they faced India while batting in the second innings. Rohit Sharma's gamble to pick up a spin-heavy side has been successful as they were able to punch England's tickets to return home as they ended the campaign of the defending champions. England was entirely bowled out by the Men in Blue as their bowling masterclass was on display. Bowlers Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel were breathing fire as they sent the English batters to the cleaners. After the match, social media erupted with memes as Team India sealed their way into the final.

Thus, the Indian team exacted retribution for the humiliating 10-wicket loss they suffered against the reigning champions in the T20 World Cup 2022 semifinal at Adelaide Oval. Rohit Sharma made history by being the first Indian skipper who captained the nation in three ICC world championships within a 12-month period: T20 World Cup 2024, ODI World Cup 2023, and the World Test Championship 2023. He made a brilliant move by using spin all-rounder Axar Patel in the powerplay, as the left-arm spinner hit two consecutive blows from which England had no chance to rebound.
