'Gary will now understand difference between India & Pakistan. Bahut fark hai': PAK slammed by Irfan
Former Team India cricketer Irfan Pathan has criticized new Pakistan coach Gary Kirsten after they failed to prevail against USA in their T20 World Cup opener.

The USA National Cricket Team, who have been wreaking havoc since the start of their season, have shockingly defeated a previous T20 World Cup winner. In the most recent match between the Cohost team and Pakistan, a Super Over resulted in a stunning victory for the US team against the Babar Azam-led team. The visiting team was taken aback by the outcome, which startled not only the spectators but also all cricket enthusiasts. Former India cricketer Irfan Pathan went on to take a jibe at the Men in Green's newly appointed coach Gary Kirsten after PAK's shambolic performance in Dallas.

Irfan Pathan did not hold back when Pakistan were handed an upset defeat by the USA. After the match went into a Super Over, Babar Azam made a dicey call, while Saurabh Netravalkar managed to keep the opposition batters at bay and did not let them reach the target. Pathan, while he was on commentary duty called out the team's new coach Gary Kirsten and said that he would now know the difference between India and Pakistan teams.
“Inhe matlab pata chal jayega Indian cricket ko handle karna aur Pakistan cricket ko handle karna. Bahut fark hai [He will know that there is a lot of difference between handling Indian cricket and Pakistan cricket],” Irfan Pathan mentioned while on commentary.

Pathan also took a jibe at Babar Azam for his batting in the game, saying that the PA skipper did not aid the team's cause despite having a decent batting surface.

Speaking about the game, Pakistan was thoroughly embarrassed as the USA, who were playing for the first time, pulled off one of the biggest upsets in history. After the scores were tied, the co-hosts overcame the Men in Green in the Super Over. The match went into a super over when Pakistan scored 159/7, and the USA achieved the same total. Mohammed Amir's erratic bowling, which cost PAK eighteen runs, allowed them to leak too many runs. With two straight victories, the United States moved to the top of Group A ahead of India. In their first match, the US defeated Canada by seven wickets, and they have now defeated Pakistan.
