R Ashwin in awe of USA sensation after his FEARLESS comment on India before T20 World Cup clash

India and United States are set to clash in Match 25 of ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024, marking first-ever international match between two teams at such a prestigious level. India enters fixture as favorites, boasting a far superior squ with players who have extensive experience across all three formats. However, USA is riding high on confidence after recent victories against ICC full members Banglesh and Pakistan, hoping to deliver an upset.

In a bilateral series before start of T20 World Cup 2024, USA defeated Banglesh. USA n thrashed Pakistan in ir group-stage match of tournament. India vs USA match will take place on June 12 at Nassau County International Stium in New York.

USA batter Aaron Jones has expressed confidence in his team’s abilities ahe of much-anticipated match against India. Jones emphasized that y will treat it like any or game, not getting intimidated by big names in Indian squ, which includes stars like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah. 

Aaron Jones believes that ignoring stature of ir opponents and focusing on ir game is key. 

"No, not really. I think we're going to treat it like a normal game. Obviously, we know India is a good team, but we've beaten good teams before. I think, obviously, we know that India is a good team, but we are going to treat it like any normal game, to be honest - we don't want to play names or teams or anything like that. We've beaten good teams in past. So definitely going to go hard tomorrow against India," Jones said in a press conference before match.

Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has praised Aaron Jones for his comments ahe of crucial fixture, highlighting mirable competitive spirit USA batter exhibits.

"A sportsman’s hunger to compete and be best brings out this attitude and that is something we must mire," Ashwin remarked.

Aaron Jones is currently second-highest run-scorer in T20 World Cup 2024 with 130 runs in two matches. He has also registered highest individual score (94*) in tournament thus far.
