The public was enthralled with the team's bus procession and celebration at Wankhede Stadium, but one touching moment took centre stage after the parade. The internet has gone crazy over a touching video that shows the Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma's childhood buddies getting together to joyfully cheer him on.

Rohit Sharma's pals showed him their love and admiration in a heartwarming demonstration of childhood friendships and camaraderie, as they raised him into the air amid the crowd's joyful applause. Their happy reunion and jubilant backing of the cricketing legend summed perfectly the profound sense of camaraderie and pride that reverberates on such momentous occasions. His buddies' thunderous applause and sincere delight demonstrated the unbreakable friendship that had persisted from their early years.

It's also crucial to remember that after guiding India to victory in the ICC T20 World Cup, both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma announced their retirement from Twenty20 international cricket. Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli finish the format as the top two scorers, with 4,231 and 4,188 runs, respectively. With the retirement of these two superstars, India will now field a youthful team in the Twenty20 Internationals, with the Indian cricket team against Zimbabwe. Shubman Gill will be the captain of Team India throughout this series.
