Virat Kohli to the rescue

India were in all sorts of trouble against South Africa in the T20 World Cup 2024 final at Barbados. Having lost Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav inside the powerplay it all looked doom and gloom for India.

However, Virat Kohli who has had a horrid T20 World Cup 2024 tournament till the final stepped up when his team needed him the most and scored a fantastic half century.

Although the strike rate in Virat Kohli's innings might have been low he provided a much-needed relief to India when it looked like everything would unravel. But Virat Kohli's knock of 76 of 59 balls helped India set a target of 177 to chase for South Africa.
