USA vs Pakistan: How much do USA players get paid in T20 World Cup? Stunning number revealed

On Thursday, USA downed Pakistan in the Super Over at the Grand Prairie Stadium. As the regulation period ended in a tied score of 159, the tie-breaker came into the picture where USA prevailed by 5 runs. Saurabh Netravalkar, who bowled the Super Over for USA emerged as the hero for the home side. Monank Patel, the captain of the US team, was adjudged with the Player of the Match award for scoring a crucial fifty in 38 balls.

What is the salary of USA players?

As the USA have caused an upset to Pakistan and attained an unlikely victory, the players of the associate nation are getting the due respect and a few of them have apparently become a household name as well. Moreover, a greater interest in topics like what amount they are earning being the players of the USA has also gained traction. Paying heed to it, the official salary details of the USA players have been disclosed. The players are bound by different contracts. A few players have been handed a one-year contract whereas others have been given a three-month contract. The minimum annual salary reported for the players is $15,080 (Rs. 12 lakh approx). The highest salary can go up to $90,000 (Rs.75 lakh).

Ahead of the start of the tournament, there were major assertions regarding how the game of cricket will fare in the land of baseball. The T20 World Cup 2024 is still in its initial days and already team USA is coming out as a success story. The team has so far played two and has won two. Thursday's upset over Pakistan have firmed their chances of advancing to Super 8.
