Dana White urges Tyron Woodley to retire post loss vs Colby Covington & subsequent injury
After the conclusion of UFC Fight Night, UFC President Dana White talked to the press where he asked Tyron Woodley to start thinking about retirement.

In main event of UFC Fight Night, Colby Covington made his impressive return to octagon as he defeated Tyron Woodley in fifth round via TKO after Woodley suffered a rib injury. While Chaos was dominant from start to finish, Tyron Woodley looked quite lacklustre in yet ar outing. This was Tyron Woodley’s third straight loss as he earlier lost UFC Welterweight Championship to Kamaru Usman at UFC 235 via unanimous decision and n got bested by Gilbert Burns in May 2020 via ar unanimous decision.

Dana White urges Woodley to think about calling time
After conclusion of UFC Fight Night: Covington vs Woodley, UFC president Dana White talked to press where he asked Tyron Woodley to start thinking about retirement. "I think that he should start thinking about hanging it up. He's had a great career, he's had a great run, you kw, he's made money," said Dana White. Tyron Woodley is yet to react to White’s comments as he’s currently recovering from rib injury he suffered during fight. Ariel Helwani earlier shared a picture of Tyron Woodley’s X-ray, showing that fighter had suffered a broken rib during fight.

UFC president Dana White wants Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone to stop
Apart from Tyron Woodley, night was also important for Donald Cerrone as Cowboy had lost his last four fights. At PPV, Cerrone went up against Niko Price and fight ended in a draw. Despite that, Dana White was t impressed with Cowboy’s performance and during post-fight conference, made it clear that he and Cerrone are going to have a conversation about “stopping” (possible retirement). Dana White said that he loves Cowboy and he kws that his words are going to “crush him,” but y will have a conversation.
“I love Cowboy, and I kw this is gonna f—ng crush him and break his heart, but it’s time to have a conversation with him,” said Dana White. “I kw what he’s gonna say: ‘I don’t want to stop.’ But we gotta have conversation,” UFC president added.
