Paul Ripke's journey as official photographer of Mercedes team Formula 1 came to end after spending three years with team since 2016. According to reports, final race of season in Abu Dhabi on December 1 will be his final assignment with side.

Mercedes photographer Paul Ripke quits team
Ripke, who took care of Mercedes social media accounts by taking photographs of paddock and at PR events at 12 to 14 races a year, reportedly gave his resignation after United States Grand Prix – where Lewis Hamiton lifted his sixth F1 World Championship. He conveyed mess via talks with communications department and team principal Toto Wolff.

In latest episode of his podcast All Roads Lead to Fame, photographer said that he was dissatisfied. His first race after summer break was in Monza and he tried to do some things differently which did t work out well everywhere. After race in Singapore and Mexico, he realised that he was unhappy.

Paul Ripke's fallout with Lewis Hamilton
In podcast, Ripke also admitted that his relationship with six-time world champion Lewis Hamilton also took a sedive. In show, he added that this year has t been easy with Hamilton. He does t kw what he wants or what he can do with social media. Mercedes team are looking for a new team photographer for much-awaited 2020 F1 season.
