Cristiano Ronaldo shows the world once again why people call him the GOAT of football. The Portuguese great was instrumental in Al Nassr's victory over Al Shabab on Tuesday in the Saudi Pro League. With goals from Cristiano Ronaldo (2), Sadio Mane, and Sultan Al-Ghannam, the home team blew out the visitors, 4-0.

Ronaldo fumes after referee denies a possible header goal 

Al Nassr won the league match for the second time in a row, achieving six points in the SPL so far. Following a 5-0 victory in their previous match, Luis Castro's squad defeated Al Shabab by a score of 4-0. Cristiano Ronaldo was instrumental in this victory, scoring two goals and coming close to a third, which was denied by the referee.

In the nineteenth minute of the contest, a questionable incident occurred. The referee disallowed a goal that would have been Ronaldo's second of the match (during that time) for unexplained reasons. The VAR reviewed the decision, prompting the referee to claim that Ronaldo had been pushing the defender, a claim that appeared to be unfounded upon closer inspection.

Ronaldo's anger at this decision was evident. He sought clarification from the referee and voiced his disagreement with the ruling by exclaiming,

Always against me!!

However, that did not stop the 5-time Ballon d’Or winner from completing his brace. He scored from the spot again in the 38th minute and went on to give a win-securing assist to Sadio Mane 2 minutes later.

Al-Nassr has impressively rebounded after a rough start in which they dropped their first two Saudi Pro League games. Both Mane and Ronaldo are topping the charts for the most goals scored in the Saudi Pro League this month. If Mane (4) and Ronaldo (5) keep scoring at this rate, Al-Nassr, which is now sixth in the standings, will have a strong chance of winning the league this year.
