However, re were some nasty incidents that occurred during match at Wanda Metropolita involving former Atletico Mrid player - Antoine Griezmann.

LaLiga giants Atletico Mrid are reportedly facing a lengthy stium ban after chants of 'Antoine Griezmann die' boomed in entire Wanda Metropolita stium on Sunday. Griezmann, who joined Barcelona for €110 million in summer transfer window, played entire 90 minutes against Atletico Mrid. He faced a lot of insulting remarks from Los Rojiblancos' fans present in stium. As per reports in Spanish media, Atletico could be fined €90,000 for chants along with a partial stium ban for upcoming LaLiga matches. Prior to kick-off, French World Cup winner Antoine Griezmann's plaque outside Wanda Metropolita was defaced with graffiti and toy rats. It's important that fans learn to respect opposition team and such incidents are t repeated in future.
