Manchester City marked a big win over the weekend against Watford. The defending Premier League champions registered a massive 8-0 win against the Hornets to take home all three points. Pep Guardiola's side seemed to take out all the frustration from the loss against Norwich on the Watford players on Sunday. City will now go up against Preston North End in the opening Carabao Cup fixture. Here is the predicted XI for tonight’s match at Deepdale.

They are currently third on the table and will hope to put up a tough fight against Premier League champions Manchester City. They will also be without striker Louis Moult who is still recovering from a long-term ACL injury. They will bank on the likes of Republic of Ireland forward Sean Maguire to provide some goals.
