Cristiano Ronaldo has now scored more knockout goals than AC Milan, Arsenal in UCL
Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace against Lyon in the Champions League to take his knockout tally to 67 goals, two more than AC Milan.

Cristia Ronaldo departed to Juventus from Real Mrid in 2018 in search of a new challenge, to win Champions League with a third club in particular. However, it appears that five-time Ballon d'Or winner's Champions League struggle at Juventus continues after his side were kcked out by Lyon on Friday. However, with his brace against French outfit, Ronaldo has w registered a unique kckout st record.

Juventus hosted Lyon at Allianz Stium in Turin with a goal's deficit in first leg. Memphis Depay opened scoring in second leg from spot after Houssem Aouar was brought down inside penalty area by Rodrigo Bentancur. However, Cristia Ronaldo equalised just before end of first half from penalty spot.

Despite defeat, Cristia Ronaldo registered a new record to his name. With brace, Portuguese international has w scored 67 goals in kckout st of Champions League. He has w beaten t players but teams such as AC Milan, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to bag more goals in kckout round. AC Milan have netted 65 times, while Arsenal have scored 53 kckout goals in competition.

Cristia Ronaldo has also become highest scoring player for Juventus in a single season, ever, breaking a 95-year-old, 36-goal record. 35-year-old forward has netted 37 times for Juventus spanning entire season, most in its history. He is also team's top scorer in Serie A this season, having netted 31 times during ir successful campaign. However, he was snubbed by Serie A, with winger winning ne of six Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards. Ironically, he was crowned MVP in his debut season in Italy, despite his unimpressive stats in comparison with current season.
