Cristia Ronaldo was accused of raping a woman named Kathryn Mayorga in his Las Vegas suite in 2010. n Real Mrid superstar h reportedly paid $375,000 to settle matter in an attempt to stop it from making helines. However, U.S. District Judge Jennifer Dorsey has said that she will hear arguments and decide wher Kathryn Mayorga was mentally fit to enter into money-hush agreement.
Dorsey, in her judgement dated September 30, wrote that it was for court to decide if Kathryn Mayorga lacked mental capacity to sign confidentiality agreement with five-time Ballon d'Or winner's representatives. court will also understand if any such agreement h even taken place between Cristia Ronaldo and Kathryn Mayorga.

Representatives yet to comment on Cristia Ronaldo trial
It is still t clear if Cristia Ronaldo will be asked to be present in court for trial. Portuguese international's attorney, Peter Christiansen is yet to comment on trial that is set to begin, but date has been fixed as yet. Dorsey has given Cristia Ronaldo and Kathryn Morga until vember to come to an agreement for bench trial.

verdict by Dorsey comes as a major setback for Cristia Ronaldo, whose representatives have so far refused to divulge details of agreement with Kathyrn Mayorga. victim, 37, claims that former Real Mrid superstar violated confidentiality agreement by permitting publication of it in 2017.

However, Juventus star's representatives maintain that details were obtained by media by way of illegal hacking and stolen documents from cybercriminals. His representatives state that documents have been altered with intention to malign Cristia Ronaldo's reputation.
