Germany head to Estonia after an entertaining 2-2 draw at home to Argentina in a friendly game. A Le Coq Arena in Tallinn, Estonia is set to host the Euro 2020 Group C fixture between the two sides on October 14. Germany would be looking bag another two points to enter the last two games in the group stages with a boost. Estonia has already been eliminated and may look for a major upset at home. Group Form
Germany beat Estonia 8-0 when the two sides met back in June in Mainz and would definitely be looking to add another win to their qualification campaign on Monday. Joachim Low’s side currently sits second in their group tied on 12 points with first-placed The Netherlands; both having played five games so far. They have won four games and lost one as they battle for automatic qualification to the Euro 2020, with the aforementioned Netherlands and Northern Ireland. Estonia are currently last in the group having picked just 1 point so far. They have yet to register a win after six games.
Team news and predicted line-ups
Germany were pegged by an inspiring Argentina on Thursday as they managed to throw away a two-goal lead in the second half. Low has so far stuck with his young Germany side as he tries to find the best line up before Euro 2020 commences. Timo Werner continues to miss out due to an injury and defender Niklas Stark, who also picked up a knock is likely out of contention. Manuel Neuer might start ahead of Ander Ter Stegen as Germany would look to fix their defence. As for Estonia, 45-capped goalkeeper Mihkel Aksalu is set to miss out after he was injured before their last game against Belarus. Former Liverpool defender, Ragnar Klavan also misses out as he was not picked up by the manager
