Tottenham manager, Mauricio Pochettino, stated that Harry Kane, will not be affected by wearing the captain's armband and will continue to carry the team forward as he is a natural leader. Kane will be filling in for french goalkeeper, Hugo Lloris, who is expected to be sidelined till the end of this year after dislocating his elbow in a 3-0 loss to Brighton on October 5.
'A natural leader'
In a public address, Pochettino stated that Kane has become a natural leader in the team. Pochettino is of the opinion that the England international will be successful in helping his team register a few decent wins as Tottenham has managed to win only 3 games in the 2019-20 season.

Harry was also praised for handling the situation in a calm way during England's Euro 2020 qualifier match against Bulgaria after continuous racist abuse against black English players stopped the game twice. England won the match 6-0 with Kane sealing the match for the team by scoring the 6th goal five minutes from time.
Mauricio had a few words of advice for Harry. He said that Kane does not need to feel too much pressure and all he has to do is act naturally on the field and rest will come on its own.

A revitalised Pochettino
The international break has charged up the Tottenham manager as he conducted the "boxes" drill during the training sessions. Mauricio stated that the only way to motivate a team is to provide them with a sense of togetherness and a calm environment. He further added that in order to win and to have the desire to play, everyone needs to given the freedom to be themselves on the field so that they play with happiness and score goals and win like they used to before.
