Kerala Blasters vs ATK
Kerala Blasters FC came from behind to beat ATK 2-1 in the opening match of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2019-20 played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi on Sunday. The visitors were the first to find the back of the net, scoring their 100th goal in the competition via a spectacular Carl McHugh effort. The Blasters, however, roared back with two first-half Bartholomew Ogbeche strikes to collect all three points on the night.
Bengaluru FC vs NorthEast United FC
Bengaluru FC and NorthEast United FC played out a goalless draw in their first ISL 2019-20 match at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on Monday. Both sides created some dangerous chances, but couldn’t disrupt the scoreboard over the ninety minutes. The fixture also marked Ghanaian legend Asamoah Gyan’s Hero ISL debut.

Jamshedpur FC vs Odisha FC
Jamshedpur FC began their ISL 2019-20 campaign with a 2-1 win over Odisha FC at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in Jamshedpur on Tuesday. They took the lead after a Farukh Choudhary cross was deflected into his own goal by Rana Gharami. Odisha came back into the contest after Bikash Jairu received a red card and Aridane Santana scored within a span of five minutes before half-time. The hosts, though, rallied and picked up three points after Sergio Castel scored the winner five minutes from full-time.

Goa FC vs Chennaiyan FC
FC Goa made a winning start to their ISL 2019-20 campaign with a 3-0 victory over Chennaiyin FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Goa on Wednesday. Seiminlen Doungel introduced himself to the home fans by scoring the opener on the half-hour mark, while talisman Ferran Corominas and defender Carlos Pena scored in the second half.
Kerala Blasters FC vs Mumbai City FC:
Kerala Blasters side under new coach Welcome Schattorie played last season's semi-finalists Mumbai City FC in Kochi. Kerala started the season with a 2-1 victory against ATK but failed to make it two wins in two tonight. Amine Chermiti put the visitors forward with eight minutes left on the clock. Despite six extra minutes added in stoppage time, the Islanders managed to hold on and bag all three points in their season opener while Kerala succumbed to their first defeat of the season.
