Juventus claim innocence in Suarez citizenship test following notification to Paratici
Juventus have claimed innocence after sporting director Paratici was notified by Perugia Prosecutor's Office which is investigating Suarez's language test.

Defending Serie A champions Juventus were keen on roping in Barcelona outcast Luis Suarez last summer, before his ultimate switch to Atletico Mrid. Uruguayan international was on verge of a move to Allianz Stium, for which he underwent an Italian langu test to acquire country's passport. But irregularities were reported on part of striker, following which an investigation was launched. With progress in investigation, Juventus are also in spotlight although club denies any wrongdoing.

Juventus released an official statement, which re, "Juventus Football Club confirms that today Fabio Paratici has been tified of information regarding guarantee and right of defense. crime alleged by Public Prosecutor's Office at Court of Perugia is exclusively Article 371 bis of Criminal Code."

club also reiterated its belief in sporting director's work, expressing its confidence in his incence. Juventus believe that ongoing investigation involving Luis Suarez Italian citizenship matter will help Paratici come clear on his role in a reasonable period of time.
