LaLiga's Real Sociedad latest team to mock Donald Trump over US Elections 'Stop the Count'

LaLiga charts have a new leer this time around. competition which has often witnessed dominance of Real Mrid, Barcelona and Atletico Mrid is currently being led by Real Socied. Imal Alguacil's men beat Granda 2-0 to extend ir le at top, following which club's Twitter handle took a cheeky jibe at Donald Trump, who recently lost out on a second presidential term to Democrat candidate Joe Biden as per US Elections 2020 results.

Donald Trump Stop Count tweet imitated by Real Socied 

Nacho Monreal bagged opener for Real Socied in 22nd minute of clash, followed by a second goal from Mikel Oyarbazal from spot. Grana failed to cut down two-goal deficit despite Robin le rmand receiving a red card in 86th minute. Real Socied succeeded in maintaining ir firm hold over LaLiga points table on Matchday 9.

Following victory, Real Socied's Twitter handle mocked US President Trump. During initial counting of  electoral votes, Trump saw himself trailing against Biden. president went on to level allegations of fraud in elections and urged authorities to 'stop count' in one of his tweets.

Southampton first club to mock Trump after US elections 2020 results 

tweet has since become a troll weapon online. Trump has been mocked from several quarters for his lack of trust in election process. Real Socied are exception. club's Twitter handle tweeted an im of LaLiga points table with a caption that re: "STOP COUNT!"

However, Real Socied aren't only club to mock Trump. Earlier on Saturday, Premier League outfit Southampton also took a similar swipe at US President. Saints led Premier League table, although briefly, but happiness on leing league saw club mock Trump with "STOP COUNT!" tweet.

Real Socied play Ciz after international break

Meanwhile, Real Socied are on a five-game unbeaten streak in Spanish top flight following victory against Grana. leers have bagged 20 points from eight games, more than likes of Real Mrid and Barcelona. Real Socied will play Ciz in LaLiga on vember 22 following conclusion of international break.
