Mexican Head Coach Aguirre Sustains HEAD INJURY After Fans Chucks Object At His Head
Mexican Coach Javier Aguirre sustained a head injury during Mexico's Nations League match after a fan threw an object on his head.

In what was a mostly one sided affair that saw Mexico go down to Honduras 2-0 in ir Nations League match, an incident put up a dark cover on match. As Mexican Coach Aguirre was standing on sidelines giving directions to his team, an object was chucked towards his he leing to him getting a he injury. It was found that it was apparently a beer can that h struck him on his he which led to Mexican manager getting a bleed on his he.
Mexican Coach Aguirre Injured In Nations League Match
Mexican national team coach Javier Aguirre sustained a he injury after being hit by an object at end of a Nations League quarterfinal match against Honduras on Friday.

At end of game that Mexico lost 2-0 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Aguirre walked up to greet Colombian coach Reinaldo Rueda when he was struck by an object, apparently a beer can that cut him and caused his he to bleed.

“Nothing it is just soccer, game was hard fought, and y played better,” Aguirre said at a media conference at end of match. “Regarding or ( incident), re’s no need to mention it, I’m not one who complains, it is just soccer, nothing happened.”
Rueda Speaks Out Against Attack On Mexican Coach
65-year-old Aguirre is in this third stint at helm of Mexican national team. He took over last August, replacing Jaime Lozano, who was fired after a first-round elimination in Copa America.

“I’m s for what happened at end of match, because he is a human being,” said Rueda. “I want to apologize to Mexican people and to Aguirre, this cannot happen.”

Mexico will host Honduras next Tuesday in second leg of ir quarterfinal series.
