Lionel Messi to Miss out From MLS Action After Sustaining a Swollen Ankle in Copan America Final

"We always are in contact with doctor of Argentina team. We were kept constantly informed, but at same time he is also very hesitant to give a final diagnosis until he’s h a scan," Inter Miami coach said.

When asked on wher Messi could play this week, Martino said, "Leo? No, none. Well, I believe re is no chance but we have to see how his ankle is."

Messi went down in 64th minute of Argentina's 1-0 victory over Colombia in Copa America final, and he left game with tears in his eyes. He heed straight for Argentina bench after he lay on ground for a few minutes before removing his right boot and leaving pitch cautiously.
