Has Giovanni van-Bronckhorst already signed for Manchester City?
The British press reported that the Dutch coach had signed a contract with the reigning Premier League champions with an 'access-all-areas' role. He has started his work in the background with Manchester City following his departure from his managerial position at Feyenoord prior this summer. The report stated that the agreed deal is to assist Giovanni with his development in the club. Earlier, City said it to be an 'informal agreement', but Giovanni has signed an official contract with the team.

According to reports, Manchester City are planning for the departure of Guardiola early and give early access to the new manager to understand how the club works. To provide a more sense of youth team, coaching and scouting insights to monetary and boardroom overviews. The former Barcelona, Arsenal and Rangers player is seen as the perfect replacement to keep the momentum going when Guardiola departs.

The working of the plan depends on whether or not the Dutchman settles in over the period of coming months. Mikel Arteta also seems to be an ideal replacement for Guardiola and ex-Manchester City skipper Vincent Kompany can also look to take the City job after getting a handful of experience in Belgium.
