Mauricio Pochetti will have a tough task to cut out as new manr has taken up charge ahead of 2023-24 season. Blues endured a poor 2022-23 campaign and finished in a distant 12th position in Premier League. y have been one of busiest teams in summer transfer window as y have got rid of a number of players. Blues will seek a fresh start next season under ir new manr.

3 things you need to kw

  • Pochetti is third full-time manr at Stamford Bridge in less than two seasons
  • This is Pochetti's third Premier League stint after Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur
  • Chelsea will t be playing in Europe next season

Mauricio Pochetti issued a stern warning to Chelsea's ownership

Since much-hyped takeover by Todd Boehly-led consortium, things haven't shaped way new owners would have hoped. Boehly has had his own way of handling things as he intervened in sporting affairs on a number of occasions.
American businessman reportedly entered dressing room after Chelsea's defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion last season and gave a mouthful to players.

First of all we need to understand y own football club and we need to respect that.

Of course for me, more than welcome if owner comes to dressing room, to training ground. But like I said, always y need to communicate myself, I need to kw and to prepare people... because here it's really special this type of thing in England.

Will Chelsea bounce back next season?

Despite spending to tune of £600 million last season, Premier League giants have miserably failed to live up to expectations and y need to be at ir sharpening best from very start of this season.

y have freshened up ir squad with a number of shrewd additions and stakes will be high as next edition of Premier League is expected to pose a different kind of threat.
