Premier League set to cancel season officially soon: Serie A chief Pierpaolo Marino
Udinese director Pierpaolo Marino has claimed that the Premier League season is set to end prematurely due to the impact of the coronavirus outbreak.

Serie A has alrey suspended football indefinitely as coronavirus crisis in Italy worsens. However, Udinese chief Pierpaolo Mari claimed that cancellation of Premier League is all but confirmed. 65-year-old Italian told Sportitalia that Premier League is set to follow similar protocol as that of Belgian Pro League and cancel remainder of season.
Mari is director of Serie A club Udinese and team is owned by Pozzo family, which also owns Premier League club, Watford. Serie A chief Marib believes that coronavirus crisis is getting extremely serious and hopes to get past this dangerous phase to enjoy football once again. Belgian top-flight was cancelled last week due to coronavirus outbreak and Club Brugge were declared champions. Premier League is w likely to follow suit.
