Premier League results haven't favoured Tottenham Hotspur so far this season. They only have eight points with three wins and two draws out of the six matches played. Spurs suffered a shocking result in the Carabao Cup against Colchester during the week but their Premier League campaign can be brought back on track with a win against Southampton on Saturday.
Southampton have not been successful in making a huge mark in the Premier League this season. They have a promising team but have failed to deliver so far. The Saints have won just two games out of six and sit 13th on the table.

Mauricio Pochettino has been rotating his players throughout the last few games and there are a few changes expected for the game against Southampton. Summer signing Ryan Sessegnon is suffering from a hamstring problem while Giovanni Lo Celso is still out of the team with a hip injury. Hugo Lloris is expected to be back in the starting line up. The back four could include Serge Aurier, Danny Rose, Vertonghen and Alderweireld. Harry Winks and Ndombele are expected to start from midfield with Son Heung-Min, Erik Lamela and Christian Eriksen playing behind main striker Harry Kane.

Southampton might not change too many things for their game against Tottenham. Moussa Djenepo is suffering from a muscle injury. He has missed the last two games for Southampton and is a doubt for Saturday’s game in London. Danny Ings is likely to get his start against Tottenham. Angus Gunn will be in goal for Southampton with Cedric Soares, Jan Beranek, Ryan Bertrand and Jannik Vestergaard in defence. James Ward-Prowse, Oriel Romeu, Pierre Emile Hojbjerg and Nathan Redmond will be populating the midfield while Adams and Ings will play up front.
