During Arsenal vs Wolves game on Sunday, Raul Jimenez needed to be stretchered off pitch after just 15 minutes. This was due to a horror injury he suffered following a clash of heads with Arsenal's David Luiz. two footballers jumped into air for a header, fully committed and collided heads leading to nasty injuries for both players.
Although David Luiz was able to get back onto his feet after receiving treatment, Jimenez remained on floor after treatment from medics. match was forced to be stopped for 10 minutes while Jimenez received medical attention and he was also given oxygen before being stretchered off pitch. Jimenez was rushed to a hospital in an ambulance and taken to a trauma centre instead of nearest A&E ward.

Despite collision, Luiz continued to play game but in second half, reports from Sky Sports confirmed that Jimenez was "conscious" in hospital and Mexican was also responding to treatment. While speaking to reporters after game, Wolves boss Nu Espirito Santo explained that Jimenez would be undergoing scans but player was "ok inside gravity of situation" after he was rushed to hospital. Santo also voiced concern for David Luiz.

Jimenez was replaced by Fabio Silva and visitors were able to grab lead through Pedro Neto's strike in 27th minute. Arsenal equalized through centre-back Gabriel on half-hour mark but Daniel Podence got winner for Wolves just before half-time as score remained 2-1 till full-time whistle.

Wolves moved up to 6th on league table while Arsenal are w in 14th place. Gunners have suffered three home defeats in a row, ir worst start in almost four decades.
