Ronaldinho admits guilt in 'fake' passport case, freed by courts in Paraguay
Ronaldinho has pleaded guilty following an 8-hour wait at the prosecutors HQ. The Brazilian legend will remain in Paraguay until the pending decision is made.

Brazilian legend Ronaldinho has pleaded guilty in 'Ronaldinho fake passport' case. 39-year-old Ronaldinho has been freed by courts in Paraguay but will remain in country to face pending decision taken by public prosecutors and eventually court. After admitting his guilt and cooperating with official authorities, a grim-faced Ronaldinho drove back to his hotel.

In early hours of Wednesday, Ronaldinho arrested news over a fake passport stormed internet. 2002 World Cup winner was invited by a local casi owner and arrived in Paraguay with his bror Roberto for a charity event. However, two brors' presidential suite was raided by police officials only hours after ir check-in.

However, Ronaldinho can still face punishment from prosecutors despite t being found guilty.

Ronaldinho might face an alternative punishment, which could possibly include a fine towards a local charity. Ronaldinho and his bror spent eight hours with officials in Asuncion on Thursday before being released. By admitting his guilt, Ronaldinho has avoided being charged with by prosecutors until furr investigation.
