Thailand's Japenese J.League stars are doing their best to stay fit and focused during the league's coronavirus shutdown but said they are ready to get back on the pitch again.

Teerasil Dangda of the Shimizu S-Pulse, Theeraton Bunmathan of the Yokohama F Marinos and Consadole Sapporo teammates Chanathip Songkrasin and Kawin Thamsatchanan took part in a Facebook Live event this past weekend where they disclosed what they have been doing behind closed doors.

The four Thailand internationals remained in Japan with their clubs after the league went on hiatus in February after just one match.

Theerathon detailed off the pitch training that includes stretching, muscle workouts and running near his home while goalkeeper Kawin, who was unable make his debut with Sapporo having only joined the squad on loan from Belgian side OH Leuven in early February, said he has used the shutdown to help with his adjustment to a new team and life in Japan.
