Paris Saint-Germain head coach Thomas Tuchel said Kylian Mbappe's injury is not 'not good news,' as his side lifted the French Cup trophy on Friday.

Mbappe limped off the field injured and in tears after a horror tackle from Saint-Etienne captain Loic Perrin - the incident led to a mass brawl between the sides and Perrin was shown a red card after the referee consulted VAR.

World Cup winner Mbappe later appeared back on the touchline on crutches, raising fears about his availability for PSG's Champions League quarter-final against Atalanta next month, but was smiling as he celebrated the French double with his team mates.

A first-half goal from Neymar led PSG to a 1-0 victory over 10-man Saint-Etienne at the Stade de France in Paris, as football returned in France for the first time since it's suspension in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
