Under fire Arsenal manager, Unai Emery has asked the team's fans to have patience, as the club is going through an inner turmoil after the club, stripped Granit Xhaka of the club captaincy following the player's altercation with the fans at the Emirates stadium and subsequent fallout with them. Unai has struggled to steer his team to win matches as Arsenal has registered only one win in their last 5 Premier League matches.

'The fans need to have patience'

Unai was of the opinion that Arsenal's supporters have seen that the team needs to considerably improve in order to improve their results. He stated that fans need to have some patience. Emery further added that there were times when the people in the stands did not help the team but said that they were trying to strike an emotional balance with the players.

The manager also said that the players were in a good position and we're working well as they have a very big commitment to work every day in order to improve and win matches for their team.

Arsenal is currently at the 5th position in the Premier League table with a gap of 4 points off the fourth and the final Champions League qualification spot. They next play against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on November 9.

Arsenal need to wary of Leicester threat

5th placed Arsenal who is at 17 points after 11 matches and the gap could be widened to a gap of 9 points if Chelsea beat Crystal Palace and Arsenal lose to 3rd placed Leicester City. Arsenal need to be wary of Brendan Rodger's high flying Leicester City as they will be facing Emery's team after having won 5 of their last Premier League games and if they do manage to beat Arsenal then it will further cloud Emery's future at the Emirates stadium and dent Arsenal's hope of qualifying for the Champions League.

Leicester City has netted a total of 11 goals in their last two games after beating Southampton 9-0 and bagging a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace and it will be a tricky situation for Arsenal in an away game at the King Power Stadium as Leicester have won 4 and drawn 1 game on their home ground.
