Verratti backs PSG to turnaround the tie in UCL second leg against Bayern
Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has backed his side to perform well against Bayern Munich in the second leg of their Champions League Round of 16 match on Wednesday night. PSG trail 1-0 from the first leg in Paris, but Verratti said he was hopeful that the combined experience of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe would boost their chances of reaching the quarter-finals.

"It's a very important game. We have played first leg and w we have one more to go. We kw we lost 1-0 at home in front of our fans and we kw that gives m (Bayern Munich) a slight vant. But we still have a lot of playing to do and if we want to qualify we have to play a great match here against a great team. But I see a lot of confidence in my team and we are rey to put on a great performance."
