Premier League giants Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has come up with his intitial reaction after hearing about the reported transfer of Tottenham Hotspur skipper Harry Kane. While addressing a press conference ahead of the Manchester City vs Burnley opening EPL match. Guardiola said:

Pep Guardiola tried his best to bring Harry Kane to Manchester City in the year 2021 from Tottenham Hotspur. However, the defending champions of the Premier League couldn't agree to a deal, as Hotspur rejected a deal of £100M.

Harry Kane is the leading goal scorer for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League till now has scored a total of 280 goals in 435 games. Kane led the Spurs and finished in the eighth spot in the last edition of the Premier League and has never lifted an EPL title. However, the club has emerged as the winner of the FA Cup on eight occasions. Apart from being the highest goal scorer for Hotspur, Kane is also the all-time leading goal scorer for England. 

Harry Kane has been among the premier goal scores in the English Premier League for several years but has not been able to lift a single EPL title with the club.
