Werder Bremen on attempting to stall Bayern Munich's impending title celebrations

Werder Bremen head coach Florian Kohfeldt acknowledged that his side face an uphill task when they host champions-in-waiting Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga on Tuesday.

While the visitors need just one more win to secure an eighth consecutive league crown, Werder are second from bottom and three points adrift of Mainz - who occupy the last safe spot in the table.

Intrestingly, Werder next face Mainz in a game that could go a long way to determining whether they stay in the Bundesliga or suffer their first relegation since 1980.
