Xavi confirms Ousmane Dembele's decision to join PSG: 'It is a pity, it tastes bad'
FC Barcelona manager Xavi confirmed winger Ousmane Dembele is on the verge of switching allegiance to Paris Saint-Germain in this summer.

Ousmane Dembele could be on verge of ending his Barcelona career as player has reportedly agreed a move to Paris Saint-Germain. French club reportedly offered a five-year contract to player and negotiations have been pretty positive as things stand. PSG triggered £43 million release clause and have until Sunday to complete deal. Dembele was one of most expensive players on Barcelona's books as y splashed a whopping £135.5 million to acquire his service from Borussia Dortmund in 2017.

Ousmane Dembele has been a part of Barcelona's pre-season
Dembele had a productive season at Camp u having been involved in 17 goals in all competitions last season. Despite his rumoured link up with French giant, Dembele netted first goal against Real Madrid in pre-season fixtures but he was left on bench as Catalans ended ir USA tour on a high with a slender 1-0 win over AC Milan.
Xavi criticises Ousmane Dembele's move to PSG
Xavi confirmed after match that French superstar wished to leave club as he has a proposal from Ligue 1 champions. He said to TV3, "that that he has a proposal from PSG, that he wants to go re, [and] today he has t played for that reason." Xavi furr blasted Dembele for his decision to leave Spanish club. "It is a personal decision. It is a pity, [and] it tastes bad to me because we have taken great care of him.

Neymar also went on to join PSG in one of most hyped transfers in football history and Dembele could soon follow suit.
