Zlatan Ibrahimovic set for return to AC Milan next year: Report

Sweden's top striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic could incredibly return to Italian giants AC Milan after playing two seasons for the MLS side LA Galaxy in the USA.

According to Italian media reports on Thursday, Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic to AC Milan, as stated by MLS Commissioner Don Garber. It is believed that Milan want to sign Swedish striker on a six-month contract in order to push for a place in UEFA Champions League.

Milan are presently placed fifth in Serie A table, three points behind Lazio. 38-year-old striker has been constantly linked with a return to one of European leagues following a two-year stint in America. His contract with LA Galaxy expires at end of year. During his time at LA Galaxy, he has scored 52 goals in 56 appearances and missed out narrowly on winning this year’s MLS Most Valuable Player Award 2019.

Zlatan is well versed with Serie A

MLS Commissioner Don Garber told a leing American media daily on Thursday that striker is in talks with AC Milan.  striker has scored 148 goals for both AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus in past. He stated that  38-year-old, who is w being recruited by AC Milan, one of top clubs in world, has set records with number of goals he has scored over last two years.

Garber went on to say that Ibrahimovic is exciting on and off field and he certainly keeps ir hands full. At end of day, he would love to see him back but it is eventually up to LA Galaxy to re-sign him. commissioner concluded that he has enjoyed Zlatan moments, particularly when he interacted with him.
