McLaren's problematic race management
Things got tricky for McLaren as it wasn't a straight forward 1-2. Lando Norris started on pole but Oscar Piastri took the lead in the first corner and drove a splendid race throughout. Oscar Piastri was completely in control of the race but McLaren in an attempt to defend their 1-2 and cover off Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton handed the strategy advantage to Lando Norris.

Lando Norris' undercut worked on Oscar Piastri but for the longest time, Norris wasn't agreeing to McLaren to hand the race lead back to Piastri which completely spent McLaren's race spiraling out of control.
Towards the end, Lando Norris did hand Oscar Piastri the race lead back but despite finishing 1 and 2 some horrible race management meant that Oscar Piastri's race win jubilation was snatched away.

Red Bull's Championship concern
As McLaren enjoyed a great weekend and closed the gap on Red Bull in the Constructors Championship, Max Verstappen and Red Bull had a horrid weekend by their standards with Sergio Perez havin another dull weekend and Max finishing P5 with a shocking finish.
Red Bull are only leading McLaren in the Constructors Championship by 51 points after Hungarian Grand Prix. With McLaren seeming to go strength by strength and uncertainty surrounding Sergio Perez, Red Bull can have a Championship slip out of their grasp.

Max Verstappen's race throughout was one filled with frustrations. The race started in dramatic fashion as Lando Norris who started on pole had an incident with Red Bull's Max Verstappen. As Max Verstappen went off the track and was then forced to give the position back to the McLaren.
