Indian Women Hockey team's Vice Captain has claimed that her side of team is a “well-settled unit” and every member of team understands each or. match took place at hequarters of International Hockey Federation in Lausanne, Switzerland, between India and US was a tie. Indian team is set to play a five-match series against Great Britain from September 27 to October 4. Indian goalkeeper, Savita, believes that team will get to face a similar side in US.
"Most of players selected for our upcoming tour of England have played toger as a unit for a long time w. We have a well-settled unit as we understand each or's game pretty well which will furr help us against USA at Olympic qualifiers. It has been our aim to qualify for Tokyo after having qualified for Rio after a gap of 36 years. We are all very determined about succeeding in qualifiers and upcoming matches against Great Britain will be good preparation for that.” Savita said.

Savita also claimed that Great Britain and USA have similar playing styles and team is really pleased that it will be playing against Great Britain before two big matches in vember. She furr ded that women's hockey team has been training for past two weeks and she is confident that team will be playing according to ir strategy. team has some experienced players and ones who recently joined team is full of talent and potential.
Savita also said, “When it comes to goalkeeping options also, Rajani Etimarpu and I have been playing toger in team for a long time w, and we support each or with our game. We are really close to each or as well, and it also helps when she gives me inputs, and I do same for her when she is playing.”

Both goalkeepers enjoy each ors success and believe that it is important in a team sport to support each or. Hopefully, team will qualify for Tokyo Olympics 2020 later this year. 18 member team includes Rani (Captain), Savita (Vice Captain), Rajani Etimarpu, Deep Grace Ekka, Gurjit Kaur, Reena Khokhar, Salima Tete, Sushila Chanu Pukhrambam, Nikki Prhan, Monika, Neha Goyal, Lolima Minz, Namita Toppo, Vandana Katariya, Navneet Kaur, Lalremsiami, Navjot Kaur, and Sharmila Devi.
