Independence Day wishes come in for India from the WWE; John Cena, Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins join in

India is jubilant as it celebrates its 73rd Independence Day on Thursday. Starting from flag hoisting and events of national fervour involving patriotic songs and performances, Independence Day is always one of the most lively days for people across age groups as they celebrate India winning freedom from British rule.

Starting from flag hoisting and events of national fervour involving patriotic songs and performances, Independence Day is always one of  most lively days for people across groups as y celebrate India winning freedom from British rule. Apart from wishes flooding everyone’s inboxes and timelines, even celebrities sent across ir wishes to citizens, some from unexpected places.

Confused? It was World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) family led by charismatic superstar John Cena who came forward to wish ir Indian fans.

16-time World Champion John Cena took to social media and wished everyone in India a Happy Independence Day.

He was also joined by his colleagues i.e. or big superstars and divas of company which included likes of New Day a three-member team consisting of  Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods, one of industry's top gun Roman Reigns and reigning WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins. Meanwhile, divas included SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley, Raw Women's Champion  Becky Lynch and Indian sensation Kavita Devi.

Seth Rollins beats Brock Lesnar to win his second WWE Universal Championship

Seth Rollins won his second WWE Universal Championship after an outstanding win over Brock Lesnar in main event. 

Rollins h won title from Lesnar back at Wrestlemania 35, but 'Beast Incarnate' took it back when he cashed in his 'Money In Bank' contract at Extreme Rules last month. Even in this contest, former UFC Champion completely manhandled Rollins with some brutal blows. t only during contest but even in le up to event, 'Beast' h done a lot of dam to former member of ' Shield'. Lesnar, who became youngest ever WWE Champion back in Summerslam 2002 was constantly targetting Rollins' injured ribs. neless, ' Architect' h last laugh with a frog splash to Lesnar through an anunce table, followed by 2 Curb Stomps to pick up win.

Believe it or t but as soon as Rollins emerged triumphant, he received thunderous applause from crowd. Surprisingly, same crowd was booing him when Lesnar was all over for him and he was hardly putting up a fight.
