IOA SGM Postponed Indefinitely Following President PT Usha's Directive
Earlier this month, Usha had called the SGM to address contentious issues, including the appointment of CEO Raghuram Iyer and complaints of corruption against treasurer Sahdev Yadav.

Special General Meeting of Indian Olympic Association, scheduled for October 25, was on Wednesday postponed to an unspecified later date.
IOA director George Maw informed executive council and or stakeholders about postponement following a directive from under-fire IOA president PT Usha.

"As directed by President IOA, I am to inform you that Special General Meeting convened by President IOA, originally scheduled for October 25 at Olympic Bhavan New Delhi, has been rescheduled to a later date," Maw wrote in his email.
" new date and time of SGM will be communicated shortly. We apologise for inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding." IOA has been grappling with intense infighting since Paris Olympics with a majority of Executive Council accusing Usha of misgovernance within association.

Earlier this month, Usha h called SGM to dress contentious issues, including appointment of CEO Raghuram Iyer and complaints of corruption against treasurer Sahdev Yav.
Usha has been at loggerhes with a majority of EC members on all se issues.

Iyer's appointment is most talked about issue as it is being aggressively resisted by EC members on account of his pay package and suitability for job.
Apart from Iyer, or issues on agenda would be alleged ineligibility of some EC members to hold ir positions.

anonymous complaint has claimed that y are in violation of National Sports Code which places a cap on age and tenure of office-bearers.
