To new viewers of WWE, John Cena may be a part-timer but to anyone who has watched WWE in the last decade and half - John Cena is the face of the WWE. John Cena made an impressive debut in 2002 and quickly developed into the 'Thuganomics' character which he maintained until becoming the WWE Champion. Since 2004, John Cena has dominated the WWE ending up as a 16-time world champion. Although there is nothing Cena has not done in the WWE, there are five superstars he has not yet beaten in WWE.

Roman Reigns
'The Big Dog' of the WWE is currently the face of the company. Roman Reigns and John Cena have had an intense rivalry which ultimately led to their match at No Way Out in 2017. Roman won this match and has also won the two other matches the duo have had. It will be interesting to see if Cena gets the win against Reigns after he is back.

Shinsuke Nakamura
Shinsuke made his WWE debut at a time when John Cena was transitioning into a part-timer. This can be credited for the fact that the duo has not been involved in an intense storyline, till now. Nakamura did face Cena in a Number One Contender's Match for the WWE Championship. Cena lost and Nakamura has a 1-0 record against Cena to this day.

Billy Gunn
Billy Gunn was struggling to stay relevant in the WWE as a young John Cena was making waves. Gunn went against Cena and won the bout, although with the help of Undertaker 's interference. Billy Gunn would not mind it though, as having a 1-0 record against Cena is something he can always brag about.

Vince McMahon
Vince McMahon has played the perfect heel and has been involved in plenty of storylines over the years. Him and Cena never faced each other until 2010 when the two got involved in a surprising No DQ match that Vince won.
Shane McMahon
The timeline for Shane McMahon and Cena's career did not match as Shane was wrestling on the RAW brand back in 2002. Cena, on the other hand, was on SmackDown and by the time Cena rose to prominence, Shane stopped competing in the ring. Lately, Shane McMahon has been more active in the ring while Cena has been away from the WWE. It will be very interesting to see if the two will ever meet in the span of their long careers.
