Legendary WWE superstar John Cena, who is working in many big-budget Hollywood movies, recently revealed the actual reason behind his disappearance from WWE. Even though he physically looks fine, the 16-time WWE World Champion revealed that he can't physically keep up with WWE's hectic physical schedule anymore. John Cena said that when he turned 40, he looked in the mirror and decided to perform 100 times, despite performing 250 times a year. Later, ever that thought changed as he decided to perform just 50 times and do it well.

John Cena returned to WWE in December 2018 and was there till early January. The last match he was a part of was a fatal four-way match for becoming the No.1 contender for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship. The match was played between John Cena, Finn Balor, Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin. Finn Balor won the match by pinning Cena and The Champ later praised Balor for his victory.  However, his latest outing in WWE was when he returned to the special edition of Raw titled as 'Raw Reunion' where he had a rap battle with The Usos.

John Cena garnered fame in WWE after pursuing a career in rapping and won his first singles title, the United States Championship in 2004. The next year, John Cena won the WWE Championship for the first time. After that, John Cena's character transformed into a hero-like figure. The company later reportedly made Cena its franchise superstar and a public face for the next 10 years. John Cena has been the key figure in major WWE events closing the company's annual WrestleMania event five times. Though WWE now has A-list wrestlers like Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, AJ Styles and many others, WWE universe would still like to see John Cena return to WWE.
