Confident Gujarat Giants Look To Rebuild After Returning To Winning Ways In PKL 11

Gujarat Giants have not h best season so far in PKL Season 11, but against Bengal Warriorz, in Noida, side coached by Ram Mehar Singh put in a memorable performance, to register ir second win in 9 games. Gujarat Giants, who are currently bottom of points table, will hope this result helps m to turn a corner.

Understandably, team is quite happy, and one of ir best players, Guman Singh, spoke at length about how important result was. He said, “ win against Bengal Warriorz will give us a lot of confidence. We played well, both in defence and in attack, and coach h told me to play freely, which helped too.” Guman finished game against Bengal Warriorz with 17 points, and he has scored 65 points in 9 games so far.

Looking ahe to next game against Jaipur Pink Panrs, Guman Singh ded, “We have to play like we did today. Gujarat Giants must play without pressure and we will put in our best efforts on mat as well.”

“We cannot say that any team is weak, all teams in PKL Season 11 are very strong sides. No matter what points table says. And yes, defeats do affect players’ confidence, and if both defenders and attackers play well, we can do well in next game as well,” said coach Ram Mehar Singh.

coach furr ded, that it is not about one player, but team on whole. “Arjun Deshwal is good raider, but that does not mean that Gujarat Giants will focus on only him, because re are 6 or players on mat, who can also cause damage. For us, it is important to ensure our defenders and attackers perform well and in tandem, because n we are a different team.
