Kansas City Chiefs' equipment bags go missing before crunch game against Patriots

The Kansas City Chiefs were left sweating over the situation surrounding their equipment as the bags carrying the players' equipment was shipped to New Jersey

Kansas City Chiefs came out on top against New England Patriots in NFL at Gillette Stadium on Sunday night (Monday morning IST). However, things could have been a lot different for Chiefs on night. A report from ESPN stated that a container carrying Kansas City Chiefs' equipment, that included bags of 35 players, had been mistakenly sent to New Jersey rar than Boston. bags, which had necessary equipment including helmets and pads, were n frantically driven to Foxboro for kickoff against Chiefs' AFC contenders, New England Patriots.

NFL: Chiefs vs Patriots recap

Patriots were on losing side of game against Chiefs, but that result could very well have been reversed, had Chiefs' equipment t shown up on time. Interestingly, Chiefs' win over New England Patriots secured ir fourth straight AFC West title. It also snapped New England Patriots 21-game home winning streak. It was a hard-fought affair, but Patriots will feel hard done by with ir loss due to some questionable calls from officials.
