Vinesh Phogat has h an eventful last quarter full of ups and downs. former Wrestler startled world with her heroics in Summer Olympics 2024 held in Paris, where she reached final of 50-kg category only to suffer a heartbreaking disqualification. Her appeal for a Silver medal was rejected by Court of Arbitration of Sport. Facing plight, she anunced her retirement from sport, only to return to India and explore a career in politics. She won 2024 Haryana assembly election from Julana constituency representing Indian National Congress .

Vinesh Phogat's Cryptic Post Gives Birth To Speculations
Having attained success in political career in a short span of time, Vinesh Phogat is actively present on social media. Most of her posts have lately been related to her pitch as a leer, however, recent one came out of blue and has left fans speculating about a potential comeback to world of wrestling. In a cryptic post written in Hindi, Phogat hinted that her objective is still intact, and complemented caption with a picture of her from Paris Olympics.
"मान लिया तू है आज थक गया, मान लिया तू है आज घायल परिंदा, पर हौसला तुझमें अब भी बाकी है, लक्ष्य के लिए अब भी तू है जिंदा।" (Granted, you're tired today. Granted, today you're a wounded bird. But you still have cour within you. You're still alive for sake of your goal)," Vinesh wrote.

Vinesh Phogat failed to cut required weight on date of her final bout in Paris Olympics. She could t reach standard issued for 50kg category and hence faced consequences in form of disqualification. Her dismissal cut out a sure shot medal from India's tally. Moreover, it was a big setback for Vinesh as potential tag of being first woman Gold medalist from India, was taken away from her.
