LeBron James asks World Series-bound Dodgers to "eat breakfast" after their Game 7 win

While Los Angeles Lakers were crowned NBA champions after ten years on October 11 (October 12 IST), Los Angeles Dodgers advanced to World Series 2020 a week later. This Sunday, Dodgers defeated Atlanta Braves 4-3 in seven games. Even before game, James was cheering on team who forced Game 7 in National League Championship Series.

James shared a photo of Joe Kelly pouting, while also congratulating Dodgers. "Congrats men", James wrote, before tagging team and asking m to eat ir breakfast. Before game, James was seen smoking a "23" cigar while wearing a Dodgers jersey.

James, who started playing for Lakers in 2018, led team to ir first NBA title in a decade. LeBron scored a game-high 28 points in Lakers' 106-93 victory, winning his fourth NBA title and Finals MVP trophy. James averd 25.3 points, 7.8 and career-high 10.2 assists this season, while he scored 27.6 points, 10.8 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game in postseason. James w has highest number of playoff wins in NBA history.

Dodgers trailed 3-1 against Braves in  National League Championship Series but made a comeback before pushing Game 7. This will be team's third World Series appearance in four years. Cody Bellinger –  2019 National League MVP – hit game-winning home run for team.

Fans celebrated victory on Twitter and or social media sites, hoping for Dodgers to win championship. last time Lakers and Dodgers won in same year was in 1988. World Series will begin on Tuesday night (Wednesday morning IST), where LA will face Tampa Bay Rays.
