Lewis Hamilton, Bottas divided over Max Verstappen's driving
Lewis Hamilton and Valletrie Bottas along with Max Verstappen were in news after their collision which happened during the Mexico Grand Prix last weekend.

Max Verstappen's strong style of driving has received mixed reactions from fellow Formula 1 drivers. The Red Bull driver has yet again made headlines for his collision with both Mercedes drivers, Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Boltas during their race in Mexico last weekend.

Lewis Hamilton: Collision with Verstappen
Hamilton and Verstappen made light contact as they went side by side through Turn 1 that forced both drivers onto the grass. Later, Verstappen picked up a puncture after his tire got hit by Boltas' car.

Hamilton and Vettel speak on Verstappen's driving
After the conclusion of the race, Hamilton spoke about his rival's aggressive driving. Speaking to the official Formula 1 website, Hamilton said that that it’s very likely that drivers are going to collide with Verstappen if they don’t give him extra space. However, according to Hamilton, he didn’t have a lot of space in the first place while driving to give him extra space.
Speaking about his collision with Verstappen, the British driver said that he doesn't think it was intentional or anything like that. It was just that he attracts this kind of incidents due to his style of driving.

Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel also completely agreed with Hamilton's viewpoint.

Valtteri Boltas on Verstappen's driving
However, Hamilton's teammate Valtteri Bottas doesn't agree with his verdict on the Red Bull driver, believing that the incident is blown out of proportion and that all drivers are different, which is good for the motorsport.
Max Verstappen: Mexico Grand Prix result
Verstappen, a two-time winner in Mexico, had a poor race this time around. First, he was stripped off pole position for ignoring yellow flags. Followed by that, he had an incident-packed race that at one point left him at the back of the field. He ultimately recovered to finish sixth.
