According to USA Today (via Dailymail), Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) tested each boxer for performance-enhancing drugs before fight, but marijuana was t a banned substance. Even Roy Jones Jr was t happy with decision, claiming, “I don’t do draws”.
