'He looked flat': Dana White Gives His Honest Opinion On Sean O'Malley's Performance at UFC 306

On Saturday, Sean O'Malley and Merab Dvalishvili finally squared off inside Octagon at UFC 306. Ahe of fight, odds heavily favored reigning UFC Bantamweight champion O'Malley but inside ring, it was challenger who put out a masterclass to capture title. Merab won fight via. Unanimous decision and reby became new king of 125 lbs division.

Following culmination of event, UFC CEO Dana White appeared at post-event presser. White did his formality by presenting figures that event me and following that he took questions of media. One of sure-shot queries that was supposed to be thrown was about O'Malley's performance. Known for calling a spe a spe, UFC boss did not hold back from describing what he saw and stated that Suga Sean "looked flat".
“He looked flat. He didn’t look sharp. He didn’t look crisp until last round,” White said at UFC 306 post-fight press conference. “He hurt him with that body shot. He knew he hurt him with body shot and kept going, trying to finish. I looked at punch stats and re were like six in a couple of rounds.”

“I don’t know answer to that question, but I think he’s one of those kids that lives for moments like this,” White said. “This is what he’s about. He’s that guy. I don’t know if he just got in re tonight and felt flat. Some nights, it’s just is what it is.”
“Merab and O’Malley’s corner were screaming at each or whole beginning of fight,” White said. “y were yelling at each or back and forth, and herb dean stepped in and told m to knock it off. n kiss on back and stepping away before bell, that I have no idea. Merab does some s**t. It was weird, but not shocking.”
