National Sports Awards 2020: List of all Khel Ratna, Arjuna and Dronacharya Award winners

The Union Sports Ministry on Monday handed over the trophies to the winners of last year's National Sports Awards at a special event organised in New Delhi

Union Sports Ministry on Monday handed over trophies to winners of last year's National Sports Awards — Rajiv Gandhi Kehl Ratna Award (n), Arjuna Award & Dronacharya Award — at a special event organised in National Capital. Union Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur presented award to athletes for ir excellence in sports and making India proud both at national and international level. Anurag Thakur took to his Twitter handle and shared a series of photos congratulating all athletes and coaches for ir stellar performance. 

It is pertinent to mention that all winners of National Sports Awards 2020 h alrey received cash awards but were not able to collect ir trophies and citations during last year's event when Sports Awards ceremony was held virtually due to COVID-19 pandemic. Among or sportspersons, Team India's speedster Ishant Sharma took to his Twitter handle and expressed his gratitude to Union Sports Minister for prestigious Arjuna Award. Ishan Sharma wrote that he is extremely grateful and honoured to receive award and also congratulated or athletes on winning prestigious trophy.
