Boston Celtics were not in the best of the form last NBA season. They ended their playoff run with four consecutive losses to Milwaukee Bucks. As both Kyrie Irving and Al Horford departed, Celtics roped in point guard Kemba Walker, who could be a key player this season. The team also signed Enes Kanter, Vincent Poirier, Grant Williams, Romeo Langford, Carsen Edwards and Tremont Waters. Celtics also officially announced that they have signed Jaylen Brown to contract extension. Gordon Hayward, who recently suffered from a minor elbow injury, did not participate during the team practice on Monday. Boston Celtics will start their NBA 2019-20 season with a match against the Philadelphia 76ers.

NBA 2019-20: Boston Celtics preseason form
Boston Celtics won all four of their preseason games and proved how cohesive their team could be. Daniel Theis, Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum and Gordon Hayward have worked well as Celtics' starting unit. Rookies Carsen Edwards and Grant Williams have also performed well. Edwards was the top performer for their 118-95 win against Clevland Cavaliers with 30 points.
